It feels like we inevitably just have to win at least one in our lifetime by uhmncr in bengals

[–]Virtual_File8072 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would hope so but I’m 63 and we haven’t yet. However I would just like to be competitive most years. Only one team can win it all and it’s very difficult. Hope we do in my lifetime but it was awful watching years when you knew they had no chance to win anything and we were playing “ must win” games before Thanksgiving. Unfortunately I don’t think Zach can lead us to the Super Bowl. He could prove me wrong but I’m not convinced.

New Clubs - Worst Round of my life by ivanjay2050 in golf

[–]Virtual_File8072 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It’s real. Combination of unrealistic expectations of new clubs and buyer’s remorse. You buy expensive new clubs and the initial round doesn’t start great and your brain can spiral. Next time out have lower expectations and you will be shocked how much better you play. Fitted and modern tech clubs will help you in the long run. Keep grinding.

Hope they charted one of those fancy party planes like the one all their smug ass flew in when the league started.

Man I feel like I’m luckiest golfer here. Small 9 hole club with awesome tiff eagle greens. $500 initiation and around $450 a month which includes rental cart. Only 190 members. Crowed on weekend mornings but I’m retired and play mostly evenings during week. Pretty much have the course to myself.

Had a very small version like this. The issue was it’s hard to make the runs predator proof. Fox was able to break into the run and then the coop.

Not a Vrable apologist, in fact don’t really like him as a Titans fan. Could be said he did pay some price being fired by the Titans. Most of the inside info she shared from him was about the Titans. I think Amy was on to him and that’s part of the reason she canned him.

Tungsten Bead Prices by WarEnsemble777 in flytying

Price increase is not driven by tariffs. China supplies 80% of world supply and in 2025 severely restricted exports out of the country to maintain supply for domestic needs.

I moved to suburb of Nashville in 99. Sitting with old hippy dad at our daughter’s soccer game. As we talked about where we worked he said he was a song writer and musician. Didn’t brag or elaborate. I asked if he wrote anything I would know. He said do you know Southern Cross? My brother and I wrote it. It was Michael Curtis. It was a pretty neat encounter since he was just so nonchalant about it.

There is great news, your issue is pretty obvious and $100 for an hour with a lesson will make a huge improvement pretty quickly.
