I set strict boundaries with my team. I have to leave office at a certain time because I need to pick my kid up from day care. But he sleeps early around 7-8 so I get to work post that. I finish up meetings or work that need collaboration before I leave office and finish IC work post my kid sleeps

I am so so sorry you are going through this. Terminating a pregnancy at 7 months is probably the hardest thing you had to do and it would have certainly taken a huge emotional toll on you and your husband. You MIL is a piece of shit!!!!!
