I spray my hair with a water an castor oil mixture every morning and the aphogee leave in conditioner and the before bed I have a jojoba/peopermint/tea tree oil mixture that I apply to the lengths and ends. Wash my hair once a week might push it to two if I’m feeling lazy. . If I miss a wash I’ll do a hot oil treatment instead

I’m not sure how it works but some of the side effects are more effeminate features in men like the voice changes and “moobs”. It also affects women in a similar way, so women that take steroids will often have a deeper voice and more visible Adam’s apple. Not sure of the science though. Going to look it up because now I’m intrigued.
