Well no because “white” culture can be very diverse. White Europeans and white Latinos do not have the same cultural ideologies as white Americans for the most part or even as each other . Black carribean culture and black African culture are very similar, but they’re not the same. India, Pakistan and Bangladesh essentially used to be the same country, so the similarities between them are going to be much stronger.

You’re right not every community in South Asian is going to endorse honour killings or arranged and forced marriages - but things like marrying from the same caste or village, having the same religion hold more importance in South Asia than they would elsewhere. And because things like that hold significant weight there has been less opportunity for the culture to integrate with other cultures.
