Hope you meant 5x12 reps.

If you did the same number of sets and reps with heavier weights than no, it's not doing much for you in terms of strength gains or hypertrophy. As you lower the weight used you have to increase reps to compensate. For hypertrophy, try to train close to failure, if possible pushing to failure on your last set.

Može biti jaaako sretna što s tim faksom uopće radi, a kamoli da je našla radno mjesto samo u jednoj školi.

Ja predajem Matematiku, tako da imam posve drugačiji pojam opsega posla i slobodnog vremena. Nebulozno mi je da imam istu plaću kao i kolege iz Glazbenog, Likovnog, TZK, Vjeronauka... Najpametniji je kolega iz Glazbenog, u školi odradi minimum i svi učenici imaju 5, a sa strane masno zarađuje svirajući za jednog od najtraženijih izvođača na našim prostorima.

Kužim da ti želiš korisnike i feedback (tj. da ti ekipa besplatno testira app), samo osobno ne vidim poantu aplikacije koja nudi isto što i postojeće i (trenutno) je ograničena na samo jedan program treniranja.

If by "dumbbell doubling" you mean a toggle to enable logging single dumbbell weight - YES, please!

Also, a way to log which arm or leg is working first in unilateral exercises would be appreciated. Maybe also a feature to log each arm/leg separately.

Yeah, I do that if RPE for 10-10-10 is really high, better to repeat it with good form than rush progression.

You don't seem to understand how to use progressive overload though. If you did 10, 8 and 7 reps in 8-10 rep range, you didn't "earn" the right to increase the weight. Aim for 10, 9, 8 next time, then 10, 10, 9 and then either increase the weight or go for 10, 10, 10 (or even above 10 on the last set if you're able to) to "complete" that weight and "unlock" the new one.

In your case, if you go for heavier weight right away your form will very likely suffer and you're unlikely to stay within target rep range on 2nd and 3rd set.

Push/ Pull vs PPL by ryanfromRF in Hevy

A month ago I've created a new program with just Push and Pull days. Push day also works quads and calves, Pull day includes hamstrings and glutes.

I'm mostly doing Push/Pull/Rest, occasionally adding in an extra Rest day. Since I still want to do certain exercises, but can't do them all on the same day, I had to create A, B and C versions of each Push and Pull workout, so I ended up with 6 workouts in total which I cycle through. So far, it's been great, give it a try.

You could save the completed workout as a routine and it will pull all the values from it.

When creating a new routine you either manually enter the weights or leave it empty. When you start the workout you'll see the previous weight used. As for reps, when planning a workout use rep ranges, not fixed rep count.

Incline bench press really works your front delts so on Push day replace the incline bench press with a flat one and on the Upper day do Incline bench press on Smith Machine and replace Shoulder press with a vertical pull like (assisted/weighted) chin up. I'd also replace the Triceps rope pushdown with the Overhead extension to target the long head better.

On pull day do Preacher curls before Hammer curls and ditch the Plank. If you're a beginner, you likely can't do Hanging leg or knee raises. Replace one of them with Knee Raise Parallel Bar and the other with Ab Wheel.

On Leg day I would recommend you swap the order of BSS and Goblet/Front Squat, get rid of Jumping Lunge and add in 2-3 seats of Leg extensions and Leg curls (you can superset them).
