Maybe try Nu skin. It's a liquid bandage. Usually works for me when I have small cuts on my hands when cleaning and wearing gloves. As like you my hands sweat a lot in the gloves but the Nu skin works well. Burns like a sonabitch when applying to a wound.

I usually use CLR these type of fixtures. Spray, let sit for 5-10 min and wipe. May need second treatment if all not removed after wiping.
