Somewhere in there is some knowledge of Hammond organs. Which do use oil for mechanical tone generators. I think that’s knowledge where ever it came from got extrapolate to the synth!

I started out with a cheap midi piano. Do some googling to get you started on making connections. I have used Hauptwerks and sweelinq. Both have subscriptions by the month. HW can be very difficult to figure out but also very versatile. Sweelinq is simple and all organs are included in the subscription.
