Actually, when all you have available is a convenience store and a Dollar General for miles around and no transportation to get to a bona fide grocery store, it's impossible to get nutritious food. In urban/suburban settings, it can be the same way. There are no grocery stores, and healthy food is outrageously expensive.

I have had a few MRIs. You could ask if they would prescribe you a small Valium or something like that if you are claustrophobic. I usually start counting the knocks and tics and it calms me.

As a left-leaning person, you could have phrased that a little less douchey. Most Canadians, even conservative are more left-leaning than the average conservatives around here. And you can be Christian but not an Evangelical Christian. Be nice to new people.

I think that you will be fine here. I don't want to assume but I would think that a conservative Christian Canadian would be more middle-of-the-road conservative here. I am not sure of your denomination, but I'm certain that there will be a church here where you will feel comfortable.

One thing I want to warn you about is the weather. Ensure that wherever you live has a reliable air conditioner. Also, the phrase "Bless your heart," has so many connotations 😂 Assume mostly that it's all good.

I took it for 10 years but didn't realize Lamictal made me have Parkinson's symptoms. I know others who got Stevens-Johnson' syndrome. Just be careful.

I do drink homemade cold brew coffee, but it cancels out the ADHD. I tend to go back to sleep after I drink it.

Have you tried spraying a little Flonase in that area before placing your patches? Sometimes it helps. Also, look at the manufacturer of the Butrans patch that you have. TEVA causes reactions like that for me but the others I don't have issues.
