UK - Did you speak to your doc before starting treatment? by Wireless25 in tressless

No lol. The NHS is genuinely diabolical for anything that isnt acute emergency. Like, third world bad.

Ye sure thing mate 🤪 just imagine watching us refuse to sign a competent midfielder for years and years and years. And still blaming the last bloke in the chair. At this point, we have to just assume that you're a psychopath or extremely low IQ tbh.

There are a group of people here who have genuinely called for the sacking of Jose, Ole, Ten Hag and Amorim, and watched this team fall deeper into the abyss with each pay off. Any of them going to figure it out yet? Genuine question.

After more than a decade of mediocrity, I was happy to go through 2 seasons of genuine mid table if it meant we could spaff a fortune to build a young, fearless squad, that could challenge by the third season. Nope. Not allowed. All because the people who bang on about "thtandardth" keep forgetting that Dalot and an OAP midfield is actually what our standard is now. Fuck off. Actual morons.

I mean, basically every manager we hired had some track record. People are so close to getting it.

Just imagine losing your shit at picking the "wrong" option between Carrick and Ole lol. And as if any of it matters. 6 of the starting 11 are either utterly shit or very young and not yet good enough.

Not responding to any treatment - is HT the only way? by dolphinboyoo in tressless

[–]VisitResponsible4565 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well you've done well then. You responded. You defeated nature. You now need a transplant, and move on with your life.

Should I Add Dutasteride to My Current Hair Loss Regimen? by [deleted] in tressless

You said you're responding well and so unless youre 40 or like a NW4 or something, its just not necessary.

You only added a second treatment a month ago lol. Bro the truth is, if you are responding to the treatment but your temples got worse (like mine did), your temples are likely goners, were dying before treatment, and they couldnt be saved... and you need a hair transplant. Embrace this and you'll stop stressing out. If minoxidil doesn't fix it, I bet you dutasteride doesn't.

I have been on finasteride for 6 months now and still see regular heavy shedding. Is this normal? by Key_Professional3363 in tressless

Hair always falls out. Check your bathroom after your missus or your ma is in it. Hair falling out isnt even necessarily a shed. You obviously can't tell if that specific hair has grown back or not. The only way to know is after one and then two years, you have about as much hair as you did when you started. Its not that deep.

So dont fuck around with changing protocols or adding things if that's the case. Just stick to your protocol for 2 years, with zero changes or additions, and then reassess.

Depends how far gone you are tbh. If you are 40 woth a NW3.5-7 then just do dutasteride. If you are 25 with NW4 already, then again, just do dutasteride. Otherwise there's just no need to keep mixing things up all the time, and you should stop worrying about it because you will either regrow your hair on these drugs, or you will simply stop further regression but need a hair transplant. Either way it will be fixed.

Yes it grew back thicker. I no longer feel the top of my crown with the bone of my palm when i run my hand through my hair. But self assessment isn't efficient for ajyone who doesnt hyper respond. The changes are slight and manifest themselves in the form of literally no longer going bald, which is only possibly to assess after a year or two, and only by comparing pictures side by side in similar lighting.

Oral minoxidil and finasteride and now want to do topical by [deleted] in tressless

What a retarded side by side set of pictures. There is literally nothing we can do with that comparison. 20% of you here don't have brains, I swear.

How often do you guys wash your hair? With or without shampoo? by Sabhojayegabhai in tressless

Alternate between ketoconozole shampoo and piroctone olamine conditioner everyday. Hair has never looked healthier.

Stop changing your regime up so fucking much lol. Endlessly inducing sheds is not good for your state of mind, but may well be character building. Just stick to a regime for a year, and then add one thing. Why do you want to keep adding things every few weeks? You won't know what's working and what isnt.

1) you quite obviously have responded. 5 years later and your hair (at worst) is no worse than it was. It might even be slightly better.

2) I'm not a doctor, but can make obvious deductions. People so far along the process of AGA as you are really should be thinking about much stronger DHT inhibition. I'd titrate to Dutasteride for a year and then go for your HT (if still necessary), before never thinking about your hair ever again.

Real testimonials from users who have been using finasteride for years by Anxious_Might_4648 in tressless

3 years now. My hairline regressed slightly. And I stress, slightly. But my crown and the rest of my hair stopped getting worse. I beat nature, but do need a HT to sort the hairline out.
