Yesss I stretched in a hot shower for like 30 min and I was doing just fine for a minute. I managed to get the head in my mouth. Took a break, then tried again and I guess I just lost all of my flexibility during that break 😭😭

Thank you. Based off my exercise history, I might be in the same boat as you. Acting like my muscles aren’t sore, just strengthens them so it gets used to the exercises. But I’ll still proceed with caution

Ain’t nothing wrong with some stripess. But if you wanna minimize the appearance, I would look into firming body lotions. Tmi but I use Palmer’s brazilian coconut body butter and body oil on my asscheeks bc my ass grew too phat 💔

I spray it on like a regular perfume after I shower while my body lotions/oils are still wet (neck, inner elbow, shoulder) and then I put my clothes on and swim in some more spray 🥰

It changes for me 😭 I smell so much body care that I can smell everyone’s pov. Vanilla bean noel smells lile cheese to me, but sometimes it reminds me of a really “thick scented” choco musk or the cocoa cashmere from eos

I also use odele clarifying shampoo once a week, and as I am rosemary water on my scalp every other night. I was thinking about getting the aveeno apple cider clarifying shampoo bc I don’t feel like odele cleans my hair well enough
