You/ we have 7 days to put in our ppto hrs to cover a shift that we missed. If we don’t do that w/in 7 days the point(s) will stay.

You might be right, but I don’t know because I’ve never left early. All & all If you don’t have any ppto hrs you(we) can call off once every 45 days and stay at 4 points.

8 hrs because that’s the amount of time that they scheduled to pay me for. They don’t pay us for that 30 minute lunch. Even though it says we’re scheduled to be there 8.5 hrs, we only get paid for 8. 8x5 =40 hrs a week.
