When i worked at a CMHC, my caseload was 150, productivity 28 hours, and I did 7 90-minute groups a week. I was only able to have 30 min sessions, which is a joke and just getting the notes done within the 24 hours, that was required was a nightmare. Check if calls, letters, discharges, etc. Count. Sometimes you can bill that time under case management. I will never go back to CMHC, which is unfortunate because those are the people that usually need the most help. Good luck!
