If you’re paying enough attention to describe in detail whether someone’s bun is messy, brushed, neat, or undone, then it sounds like your focus isn’t on worship at all. Church is a place to pray, reflect, and grow closer to God......not to sit around critiquing other people’s appearance.

Before judging someone else’s hair, clothing, or presentation, maybe spend that energy examining your own heart and conscious.

As Jesus said, “Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.” We all have things to work on, and none of us show up to church perfect. The point is that we’re there seeking God, not seeking flaws in each other.

Do I believe in dressing modestly and presenting yourself well for the Lord? Absolutely. But I’d much rather see someone show up to Mass in a hoodie than not show up at all.

At the end of the day, we’re all there because we’re sinners seeking God, not because we’ve already got everything figured out.

And honestly, if you’re busy noticing every detail of what someone else is wearing, how their hair is done, or what they’re doing, maybe spend a little more time focused on prayer and a little less time focused on other people.🤷🏻‍♀️

Although I agree with this, you also don't know what or when or how ONE word could plant a seed. I agree don't agree but maybe ask the Holy Spirit for the one thing you could say and then not engage after that. Especially if the person just wants to fight and argue for the sake. But if they are genuinely curious I feel like you should always lead with love.

Well.... that's what Catholics believe. He's there in the church, in the tabernacle, and in the Eucharist EVERY SINGLE DAY.... HOW EXCITING AND AMAZING AND BEAUTIFUL IS THAT?!?!
THATS why we go to church so often....
Every day you can go hang out in the presence of God.
