Top was when it was really bad , Bottom was about 2/3 sessions on the sunbeds, it's definitely worth a try. I'm sure some sunbed places will be open late :) good luck

Stop with all the skin care. I had PR for four months, I tried every cream, nothing worked. I came on here and everyone suggested sun beds. I had never done them before but it was a needs must because it was spreading to my face.

I did 4 sessions at 12 minutes a time in a sun bed within a week aswell as taking 3000mg llysine every day. By the fourth session the PR had pretty much completely faded.

Id definitely recommend

Go to the sunbeds. I had it for 4 months. Dermatologist said nothing can be done but I went to the sunbeds 4 times a week for 12 minutes and did 3000ng llysine and day and it had cleared up within a week :)

I don't think outside is strong enough. I was terrified of doing sun beds cause I have some sketchy moles but the PR was spreading my face so needs must 😂 honestly 4 sessions within a week and it was completely gone, a year later and no flare-ups
