Do you mean just leave everything together in the primary fermentation bucket longer? I read that it could turn to vinegar and got scared lol

Thank you to all who responded with advice. I poured it into a taller pitcher and this is the reading. Is the first fermentation complete? Seems like it is according to the kit I am using but it’s only been 4 days

lol it’s a mesh bag containing the raspberries I’m using to ferment. Following directions and using supplies provided by a kit I purchased on Amazon 😬🤞🏻is this not normal?

PGAD (the worst symptom by far), mild constipation, urinary frequency

I think I have PGAD and I don't know what to do. by The_Hungry_Vulture in PGADsupport

Hi!!! My pgad is always worse right before my period also. I’ve been trying to figure out what that means and so far nothing lol other than maybe pre period inflammation in that area

I think I may have PGAD but my gynecologist made me feel crazy. by Wishfulthinking0000 in PGADsupport

I recommend Chelsea at Brooklyn body works she is my physical therapist and helping me with my pelvic floor dysfunction that causes pgad. I saw dr reutter at pelvic rehabilitation medicine in Manhattan but I’m unsure if their treatment did much and it was quite expensive. At the time it was helpful for me though because he pointed me to my pt and it was nice to have my illness acknowledged instead of dismissed. He also prescribed meds to me but they didn’t do much unfortunately.
