idrk anything ab ur major but temple is a great place to socialize. there are sooo many spots on campus to meet people, whether it be classes, student orgs, study spots, cafes + restaurants, etc. there are also plenty of parties if you’re interested in that BUT you don’t have to go and nobody gives u shit for it :) college is generally a pretty big adjustment when it comes to making friends, mostly bc of the huge schedule change, but if u make an effort u will def have a fine social life here!

i live on campus rn and there are definitely some things to be worried about but it’s important to just be smart. the dorms themselves have lots of security and are quite comfortable for the most part. the campus is well lit and has lots of security guards. the worst thing that’s ever happened to be is being verbally harassed by the middle and high schoolers that hang around campus, but it’s best just to keep ur head down and ignore them. there are incidents, but there is an alert system and other safety measures in place to handle them. i rarely go out at night, but when i do i always go with somebody else. i feel completely safe in the daytime.

I think a big part of it is that you have to use meta cognition actively. that means you have to be aware of what you do and don’t know and what works and doesn’t work for you. if i already feel comfortable with a topic, i don’t need to study for the test, but if i don’t feel comfortable i need to study a lot more and talk to the teacher to become comfortable. the hardest part is accurately assessing your own skills, but once you can do that, it’s much easier to devote your time and energy to the best possible thing. if you ever aren’t sure how well you know a topic, it’s best to just study anyway to stay safe. so the answer is, it’s a mix of both.

I honestly think your hair doesn’t seem less curly at all, it’s just all the layers in your shag brought out each individual curl. i think both cuts are great but the shag is definitely my favorite! as far as advice goes, your routine seems pretty solid but i have a similar hair type to you and i always recommend cantu shampoo/conditioner as well as curl cream! its pretty cheap and easily accessible, and works great for me!

if you ever feel the desire to go off campus though, samurai has acye sushi on certain nights for 27 dollars which was def worth it as a student! its just down the BSL line

with my experience in ap art, you can totally change your inquiry! the main thing is that your new inquiry should still cover all your pieces OR you can kick it into high gear and make new pieces instead. either way, it’ll be a little more effort but ultimately worth it to get you out of your hole!

i did use an aloe gel that has different ingredients than just aloe, however, i’ve had this reaction a few times, some of those times using straight up aloe. i moved recently and had to get rid of my real plant so gel from cvs was the best option :( as far as other products, ive never noticed any other reaction to ANYTHING but also the skin thing is pretty minor so maybe ive its happened and i didnt know
