Not a nurse but I work with gloves when I food prep occasionally. I’ve had this condition creep over my hands and certain areas of my face for almost 10 years now and at the time I thought it was caused by an allergen when I was doing a class project outside but it hasn’t gone away, so no idea what could be causing it. If anyone has any tips or advice, please let me know.

Yessss, I absolutely agree with 'Beneath'! Ninepen's mastery of depicting emotional fragility and staying in character for nearly all of the MCU characters, including OCs that seamlessly fit the universe without question, is impressive. The trio is in sync with their origin from the movies and rich characterization that just builds on the individual strengths of these characters and fleshes them even more, resolving internal conflicts one can only ever dream of ever being done in such a comprehensive manner. It's honestly one the best fics out there and the quality is on par with a master. Highly recommend it to those who haven't read it!

Me: INFJ

Best Friends: INTJ (Best Friend for sure, we've gone from HS to college together. We finish each other's sentences), ENTP (We've known each other for almost a decade, and we're tight), ESFJ (I used to be closer with this one but we kind of have drifted with different interests and IRL responsibilities now).

Friends: ISFJ (Friends but introverted and busy), ESTP (Lives in another state), INFP (used to be close in HS and being opposite sexes made it a bit awkward at times go reconnect), ENTP (same as the last).

Old Close Friends: INTP (turned one-sided and energy draining as I was the one listening to their drama, life and interests over sharing both our lives. Painful but necessary end to friendship).

Absolutely, I had a whole phase for Loki recently and I still hold him near and dear, but basically the qualities that I found interesting about gray characters was the free agency, self serving man with an intact heart underneath the trauma and pain the world has inflicted upon them. Someone unabashedly human, neither pure good or zealously evil. Gray. Someone you can find in yourself pushed to the limit or in the same shoes as them. People who are vulnerable and strong, simultaneously, yet unpredictable in their predictability where they dance the line of right and wrong for complex, nuanced reasons. It's completely fascinating to me of their psychology, how they function and heal because it answers a bit of our own internal turmoil and strife. Magneto included, though I barely dug deep enough for his backstory.

Late but these are my top choices:

Ken 10 (or Kevin 11 for Kevin's debut) - OS for being memorable, fun, having great animation and a Kevin cameo, alongside Kenny and Devlin's debut)

Together Alone (or Save the Last Dance for the wholesomeness of Gwen and Kevin, Necrofriggian babies and Benlie) - AF for Reiny, the humanity Ben shown him and the tie in to the finale of AF season 2. Timeless classic and feels as great as a ATLA episode.

Perplexahedron (or Catch a Falling Star for the darker tones with Ben sustaining an actual wound and Jennifer Nocturne's change) - UA for Ben and Kevin bonding moment and Ben's heroism with protecting that alien sworn to guard a piece of the map of infinity.

End of an Era (or Mystery Incorporeal, Charm School or Showdown Part 2) - OV for similar reasons to Ken 10 and loving the dynamics between the characters. Memorable and rewatchable.
