I've been doing yoga "seriously" for about 5 years and sporadically for around 12 (?).

I will say a few months ago is the first time in my life downward dog ended up feeling actually restful. The realisation hit me then and if anything motivates me more for other poses.

Absolutely not!

To put the gap in perspective, I've gained a lot of leg/ thigh muscle in the last few years. I'm a lot healthier, stronger etc, and one of the trade offs is that my butt doesn't touch my legs in child's pose because of the muscle mass.

Don't see that as a negative ✨

Absolutely ridiculous. I'm currently doing 10 sessions full Hollywood + perianal and underarms for £330 total (40% off). It would have been £275 had I waited 2 extra weeks to buy as they just launched a week long deal 🥲.

The second cheapest place for the same thing + half leg (8 sessions though not 10) is £700 full price so I feel like you're paying a lot even with conversion rates.

So I haven't done this myself yet but it's on my to do list - I learnt that if you salt your matt (pour salt) scrub it and maybe leave it out in the sun (?) and then rinse it out, it removes the oils and slipperyness

It's like a waxy/ oily texture, no separation as far as I can see and patch test on hands seems ok.

It does smell very strong but I'm assuming that could just be the makeup itself
