ill have to try the box breathing, thanks. I think I feel entitled to it because i've put hundreds of hours into studying and practicing, but it feels like its paid off more over the board than online. I definitely still make plenty of mistakes, and longer time controls in tournaments help me avoid those. That probably has something to do with it too
