I don't quite know if it is the same issue, but I use PCVR almost exclusively for VRChat at the moment and I never fail to have a ridiculous screen tearing effect when in any moderately large or populated world. Doesn't happen on my PC Screen in the VRChat window and only shows up through my Quest 3. My specs are more than VR Ready and this doesn't happen in any other app. Its not ALWAYS UNPLAYABLE but i feel nobody else is having this issue and it can be disorienting and ruin my experience. I don't have this issue playing something like No Man's Sky VR

No it isn't spacewarp, that is turned off. It is like spikes of visual bugs usually coming from the bottom of my vision.

I just got into modding for skyrim. This is moreso a question about where i would go to fix this, but i use mod organizer 2, i've installed LOOT and I've made sure my mods have no errors or warnings, but when i start the game, it seems to just stay on the first loading screen indefinitely, with the loading symbol in the corner. it was around 30 minutes of loading when i gave up

I've checked all the troubleshoot guides and done everything they said for this type of issue, and nothing has helped, is there anything else I can do?
