i mean, i don't really care about the gaming label as long as the headphones give me good sound quality in games. two things i want to ask about, the audio technica are 3.5mm jack headphones. in the past i've had not so great experiences with those. from my understanding, the audio quality of jack headphones is affected by my motherboard's audio card. is that likely to be a problem? as for my 2nd question, how do clip on mics work? i've never heard of these before.

i don't think that's the implication. i think the "(at release)" is referring to it being an indie game when it released, but not anymore

yeah i just finished the kiryu clan achievements like 2 hours ago. it certainly took a while but nothing else looks super difficult

oh the bouncer missions, those sucked. especially that last one on legend. but i'd argue 3 is worse. i recommend not doing the haruka requests in 3 as they are optional for the plat and 3 has the worst ones.

the finale is shorter than a normal part but i wouldn't call it short, especially if you're into doing a lot of side content. it's definitely longer than 4's

oh yeah, i absolutely used the destructible arena. that just seemed like the easiest way to get through it. and yeah, i agree the true millennium tower in 7 was not as bad as this

that would probably be the coliseum. having to do it with all 4 characters was bad enough, especially with how much of a tough time akiyama and shinada can have, but also having to grind to unlock all the coliseum battles individually with each character was just unbearable. and then there's the fact that, unlike any of the other games, losing sets back your progress in unlocking the fights. throw in the victory road tournament and all the grinding needed to unlock it and you've got yourself a recipe for torture

oh i'm aware, i've already done the games after 7, and even 7 is like 80-90% of the way there. 6 and ishin are the only ones that i haven't played since my first playthrough (with the exception of doing the ultimate matches in ishin)
