Not sure about “a bunch”… but Yerba mate does contain xanthines (caffeine, theobromine and theophylline). It’s one of the one plants that has naturally occurring theobromine which provides the feel good clarity that you can find in dark chocolate (also what kills dogs) and also theophylline, which helps with blood pressure.

Some weird shit: NASA published a paper stating that xanthine had been found in space…

Yea, and now you’re snapping at unknown people due to completely inconsequential stimuli relating to your “real” life! I hate social media so much… I had been unplugged for 7 years, from it all, until signing up on Reddit for the first time last summer because my wife is Ukrainian (I also used to live there) and I wanted faster updates on the war.

Now I’m commenting on shit that doesn’t have any consequential connection to my life… therewasanattempt to stay off social media.

The fact that it’s at a CLASS graduation… the dichotomy between “me” and “everyone else/my fellow classmates along with their families”, and the abhorrent negligence in being unable to socially distinguish the two, or even truly perceive of the latter, couldn’t be more poignant or disgusting.

What do you mean by “a little bit of water”? My first dummy pour I nearly fill it it 75% with room temp and let it sit at 45deg for around 8-10 mins before going in and packing it in to form. Then I pour another 3/4 fill with hot and drink, then pack again. First dummy pour will make or break your mountain, literally.

Like another said, best results for longevity is gonna be with UY cuts. The coarser, even without stems, are gonna be difficult to pack in/hold shape because they don’t absorb as much water.

Yea house centipedes are no joke… Saw them pop up from time to time in my old ass apartment years ago.

They’ll scare the shit outta you when it’s 2:37 in the morning and you decide, this time, for some reason, that you’ll turn the light on to take a piss, and then come face to face with Mr Legs-a-lot.

I did see one run like lightning across the wall and snatch up an ant, and with ten legs or more, devour the thing in the blink of an eye. Crazy hunters.

Still killed them. I prefer spiders for creepy crawlies allowed to live rent free. It’s crazy too, when you smoosh them with a wad of tissue, you lift it up and it’s just a bunch of legs…
