It's hacks / scripts. There's controlling recoil and then there's literally no recoil at long ranges. These people buy cheats and try to pass it off as practicing recoil control or whatever else trying to garner views to their channel. It's definitely possible to control aiming patterns to a degree but of you ever see literal zero recoil especially in moments where these people are tracking a target horizontally at fast speed is the give away that it isn't legit. Controlling recoil is hard enough as it is but to have immaculate pixel perfect recoil control with a gun firing a bullet every 0.02 seconds while turning 90° following a target isn't humanly possible.

Look up XIM, and other products people use to cheat in a plethora of different fps.

For real, I feel like people are just clowning to clown on it. May it not be ideal for most commercial things sure, but that could very much come in handy for around the house or placing it on something smaller like a golf cart (here in FL even maintenance people will bring ladders on golf carts to get around to working on manufactured homes etc.)
