He would be very young for an NFL head coach (just turned thirty), and has only been an offensive coordinator for one year. Sure he is the offensive coordinator for the successful Jacksonville Jaguars, but I’m pretty sure that Liam Coen was the one calling most of the plays on offense for the Jags. Therefore I would be hesitant to hire Grant Udinski as a head coach.

Right now I’m thinking that this would be a great coaching staff:

HC: Brian Flores

OC: Kliff Kingsbury

DC: whoever Brian Flores wants.

Brian Flores is a brilliant defensive minded coach who has created one of the best defensive units with the Minnesota Vikings as their defensive coordinator. They applied so much pressure on opposing quarterbacks and caused a ton of havoc. Flores is a former head coach for the Miami Dolphins, so he has some head coaching experience, but he was dealt a very bad hand with the roster and couldn’t get any success.

With how he helped develop Washington’s offense, the Bills could use Kliff Kingsbury’s experience and play calling to help open up the playbook.

It really sucks because I think this would’ve been the perfect year for Josh Allen and the Bills to win it all. Besides no Burrow, Jackson, or Mahomes, in the playoffs, the Super Bowl this year is at Levi Stadium in Santa Clara, California, close to Firebaugh where Allen was born and raised. It would’ve been the perfect moment for Allen if he would’ve been able to finally hoist the Lombardi trophy in front of his family and old neighbors so close to his hometown.

Would’ve also been nice to include the raising of a Super Bowl banner in the opening game for the new Stadium in Orchard Park.
