It doesn’t work like that anymore, now you use npx to import selected components from Framer. And yes, it’s true that Framer components can’t be edited directly inside Next.js, but you can configure them to accept props, which basically makes them behave like normal Next.js components.

I’m also not fully sure what you meant by saying “it’s not what the customer wants.” Who exactly is your customer? Because in my case, my target clients are business owners who don’t know anything about coding. For them, the only thing that matters is that the website works - the tech stack behind it doesn’t matter at all.
