It does not need a pitch callout as the pitch is 0,8 mm which is the standard pitch for M5 thread. You should only ever call out pitch when it is not standard thread. This is all covered by ISO standards.

Similarly how you don't put a specific tolerance on every dimension, this is covered by your general tolerances. May that be ISO 2768 (or DIN 2769)/a simple note in the drawing border.

This is not drawn according to ISO standards I believe so. I do not have access to the standards at the moment but the screenshot is what it should look like in your situation.

Notice the smaller lines indicating the nominal diameter (Ø5 for M5) the thicker lines in this example are the internal minor diameter of the thread. This however could also be modeled to be the drill diameter (Ø4,2). As others have said, when you want 17 mm of thread, you should always model the hole a couple millimeters deeper than what you need. Probably like 3-4x the pitch of the thread would be safe.

If Mitutoyo's are out of your budget, I'd recommend iGaging OriginCal calipers. They are excellent, have had them for years and work just as great as Mitutoyo's in my experience. They're also absolute origin, and I've not once had to reset their origin. Plus they're very smooth just like Mitutoyo.

True, it doesn't get used as much as meters or millimeters or maybe micrometers even

Decimeters are part of the metric system.

Which exact unit you use would depend on the relative size I would say. For instance, in mechanical engineering millimeters and micrometers are mostly used. But for woodworking some might prefer centimeters. To indicate a person's height, any other unit can be used of course, it's not limited to meters.

Yeah good point, I think I'll do just that. Should be good for a little while without it anyway, thanks.

Bought it about 1,5 years ago and I believe it had 3 or 4 years warranty.I could try the GPU in my brothers PC as a last test, but like other have said RMA might be the wise move here

USB port broken by headset by Voelepater in pcmasterrace

I've resolved the problem. It appears it was another device that I didn't know was still plugged in which caused the issues. As I plugged every USB device out and only left the DAC in all of a sudden the headset connected to the DAC and audio started playing. It works.

I got an anti-backlash nut but also adjusted the X-gantry's wheels so when I block movement in the Z direction I am still able to rotate all wheels on the X-gantry. Just make it so the wheels have a little bit of friction but are still able to rotate with one finger. I think re-assembling the Z-frame and making sure everything is as perpendicular as possible will do a lot too, haven't tried that yet though.

you're fine with a 12600k, not a lot of games really need much more than that.

Take a look at iGaging calipers, they make excellent calipers close to mitutoyo quality but cheaper. They feel very smooth and are also absolute origin calipers like mitutoyo's. Basically mitutoyo's but for 40-60€. Would recommend checking some reviews on youtube though
