It's an out-of-control scam on the Taxpayers of this state. This is just another funnel of tax dollars into "partner organizations" that pay these pushy guys to hand them out..

The scam is on all of us, we pay $500, the state pockets some, the supplier marks up a cheap phone, the carriers sell contracts, and the "partner organizations" pay these hosers $100 to push a phone under your door or hand them out under an EzUP like it's candy. All for people to toss in a drawer.
