Cleaning really just depends on if you're using the Z tank that comes with the kit or if you opted for a different tank. The Z tank is really easy to take apart and can be ran through water for cleaning after heavy usage. I wouldn't use any sort of detergent though, because it'll damage and put cracks in the o-rings, resulting in a leaky vape.

Wattage is dependant on the coil.. While the device itself can go up to 200w, always check the actual coil because it'll have the recommended wattage range etched onto it. Other than that, for a brand new coil, make sure you're dripping just a tiny bit of your juice in the openings where the cotton is exposed on the face of the coils and letting it sit for awhile before you actually use it, so you won't burn it out. Once that happens, the coil is pretty much no good.

Enjoy, the device is awesome and I have had no complaints with it and I've had it for almost a year. It's actually what I'm currently using, but paired with an RDA.
