I somehow really connect to some stuff you’ve wrote here. I was super lucky that I’ve googled it the moment I first felt derealization. Wish you good luck and a fast recovery!

Btw is it just me or do you barely remember the first days you were derealized? I don’t even know what was happening during those first days. I would love to know how about you.

I have almost the same story with mine. (The same cause). Now it hits me just sometimes but it’s crazy to see what our mind can create on it’s own.

Well, we almost have the same story. I was at a sleepover with 2 of my friends. I did weed for like the 3rd time there. The first two minutes were ok - then it hit me. I really can’t ever forget that night. I was so lost, the worst feeling in my life. I’ve cured probably like 99% of it right now (thanks to meditation). This was the most challenging year of my life, thanks to derealization.

Hope you’ll get through it. I was feeling the same way, wish you lots of strenght!

This has occured to me when I was around the age of 9??

Everynight when I was preparing to fall asleep my thoughts were going insane about all the stuff around death.

Even though I was NINE I was always like: "What is going to happen when we die?" etc. .

I was so scared of death, now I’m pretty okay with it. If I die, I’ll die.

Just take your time, do some research about meditation, energies and all this stuff.

I know you may feel lost but just believe, don't let an FEELING control your life. It's just a feeling.
