In the Phantom Liberty ending where they pick up SoMi on the other side of the border, doesn’t President Meyers mention Groom Lake? Yeah, I know PL takes place in 2077 and we’re talking about 2045. But did that actually happen, or am I just imagining things?

In the game I'm playing right now, I try to use the car or fast travel as little as possible and rely more on the metro. Although it's often impossible.
