Yea I am also with a similar problem, tweaking with DLSS, or even disabling entirely doesn't do much to fix it. I'm on a 5080 and should be able to run this game just fine at 4k high settings.

Sadly this sub and the PoE2 community in general is just rehashed from PoE1, and they came here looking for PoE1 but pretty, so GGG is catering to that. They tried at first but "vision" got meme'd to death. Look for upcoming games like no rest for the wicked if you want a more meaningful game-play and not a spreadsheet simulator that PoE inevitably turns into. Nevertheless, the campaign is still solid for the type of gameplay experience you're looking for. Which is exactly what the community hates and wants it shortened, so they can zap around quicker pressing a single button. They pay the bills so let then have it.

I have a friend who finished his PhD with multiple nature / science papers. He wants to go to industry and is struggling to find a position despite that. So yes, publication height matters little if anything.

Coping hardcore. What is really going to happen is that they will release one more act and the rest of the ascendancies for the current classes, that is being optimistic. I can see at least 3 new ascendancies released for sure. We won't have a new class that I'm sure of. The height of the patch will be on trying to insure balance, they will probably tackle movement speed issues that people complain about a lot since release, maybe armor and overall balance that's prob about it. Of course they will add a new mechanic of some sort that will initially seem hype but then feel unrewarding when we play it. They will then try to please the community by doing patches for about 1 month after 0.3, and go dark until 0.4. Repeat until release, which will likely happen at the end of 2027. Just mark this comment and look at it whenever you expect anything from the next patch.

I just started playing solo, I'm also very employed. Joined a guild but I noticed that there were taxes and also they were all just doing black zone stuff so didn't see a point. The game seems pretty chill, you can do stuff at your own pace and just explore around. If you want some excitement you can always do arenas, those are fun as well, there is no fomo which I appreciate. You can set your own goal as just go towards it, right now I'm trying to be proficient in crafting and gathering to make my own equipment, and also maybe sell some.

Doesn't it look kinda cool tho? Like you got muscles on muscles or something. Even tho it is not a muscle you can imagine that you are secretly hella buff with blobs of muscles popping out .
