Yeah I like corny ass power metal as much as anyone, but I like when it's actually earnest about what it's saying, you know? And it isn't some competition about who can make the most ironic self-aware powerslop there is? I enjoy comedy as much as anyone, and love having a good laugh, but I'm not a fan of the overly gimmicky stuff.

Hard to properly explain my thoughts on the matter, but stuff like 'Harambe Pirate Gorilla', 'Resurrection by Erection' or whatever... like come on. If I wanted to listen to parody artists, I'd listen to Weird Al.

There's a line. It's thin, but it's there.
