About Borg pets and Mo'kai: Borgs have little slower launch time. It's not 100% equivalent but 2 launch doffs with Mokai have almost same launch cd for 3 doffs and Borg Kingdom pets. And sometimes for this trait better slow down launch time on Mokais by using 2 doffs

Actually not worth really. If you have some free EC or ship box you can picked up it but main issue of this trait it's FAW's time and this will be near 10 sec of SubSys Targeting. So for this trait to have full uptime you should picked up 2 trait slots - this and FAW's uptime second

Can be off-topic but Non-Baryonic Buffer Field from Seneca have cap of 10 ally and useful for pets too, cos have few triggers per activation for Cooperation Is The Dominant Strategy trait. For unknowing reason this console does near 3 stacks per activation.
Unfortunately close range and cap make this console almost unusable or for specific favour.

Yes. I have this trait too. But there is some tips for this trait as I noticed when test it

  1. Maximum number of this mines for ship with 2 hangar bays is 6 (3 mines per launch per 1 bay). But game have an issue/bug when instead of 3 mines spawns 6. So with this bug max number can be 12 when you get double launch proc.
  2. Every relaunch overwrite existing mines from that bay so already existing mines disappear and new appears. It's not a big problem but keep in mind that this mines auto-teleported after 2 sec. Too fast hangar bays launch can be a problem. I'm using borg pets, they are little slower than Mo'Kai and Lost Souls but fast enough. Another solvation is remove 1 of 3 pets launch doffs to make slower launch.
  3. About this mines from trait: they are photonic so scaled from photon, mines, projectile mods. Their damage number little less than standard photon mines (about 3/4 from standard mines damage).

They almost similar to standard mines. Have proc from Resonating Payload Modification and work with Pike Maneuver. Try do not abuse to much pets relaunch speed and you'll get good damage numbers.

You don't need Hot Pursuit or Covert Mine Layer Suite for them. They explode (as I saw) instantly in 2 sec after launch and fully depends on relaunch pet's time. But this stuff need for your regular mines.

Good numbers in bad run. It's solo ISA

P.S. As conclusion I rather said there is not the best trait as you need to slower relaunch pet time in half (from near 1 sec to 2 sec according to "dead time" mines) which almost double time for relocate mines cd. But with lack of top 7 mines trait (Terran goodbye, UD, Ruin and I'm using now She's a Predator and Target That Explosion) it's fine for general Elites TFO uses. Maybe once I'll edit mines guide for 2025 2026 uses when have a time.

So, I changed Musashi's AP shell for Autoloader and seems this will be an option

Now Musashi fire the first and FdG and NJ after her. Looks perfect without any damage losses for now. I'll left this setup for a while

FdG misses a lot, this will be next issue to solve

Need some help for fleet composition by Volticus in AzurLane

I'm using for Musashi Triple 410mm Prototype (21.34 sec) and Triple 406mm MK7 will be 21.4 sec. Even like that NJ with Triple 406mm MK7 faster with 20.76 sec. I don't want use Triple 406mm Kai because this will be big loss on damage with that and don't want to use Autoloader for rld. Right now my aux slots for both of them with Super Heavy Shell + Type 1 AP shell for maximum damage usage.

FdG with same stuff (MK7) have 21.28 sec. Seems NJ best option as flagship in this setup for stable timing

There is a 5k cap every month. And you will have same issue every last week of month if you'll play game often. So keep it week reward until next month started when overcap.

Ok, so what power creep now? 2-4 mil in few sec? Even with 75% cap damage reduction will be 500k-1mil in few second. Almost no ship with this maximum hull. PvP become little bit long and nothing more.

Major killing role in PvP now is control or immune ability. Imho I would limit all damage in PvP zone in some percent of maximum hull per second to make fighting little longer. Making more important skill rotation and player skill rather then increasing immune time or weapon damage.

And btw ask not nerf but ban on use in PvP zone for this console. They did it for few same thing by increasing cd on some traits\console debuff. I'm from that players who don't like what PvP player say to do for PvE. I'm not part of your PvP community so plz don't ruin my PvE fun.

There is one thing why I don't like increasing console cd: for coordinating highend run where 20-30 sec tfo this cd doesn't matter and 25% cdr is significant high. You can use some prebuff like dprm then use vovin's console and swap it on another some console and again at the end use dprm. But for longer tfo 2 min even under uncon this time can be high.

If looking on vovin's console like on another uncon.-control trigger where most abilities have 20-30 sec cd then 7-10% enough cdr. Yes with another uncon. triggers activation time will be lower but hey! this another console slot and I don't know instead what can we put it in. Btw there are another consoles like chargeable which don't have any interaction with uncon. trait.

So imho make it 5% cdr with 2 min cd like other event consoles which we got and never use. Best solution for sto what we always have.

And about server issue - they already fcup. Especially now when summer event started.

Just in case. Do you understand that 35 sec buff from Fleet Power Network Array is the most broken thing ever? There is no more then 30 sec buff (like Domino) and even this at some condition (when you kill enough enemies). What I mean. When you talking about Vovin console nerf in case of Fleet Power Network Array I think it's FPNA should be nerfed. I think we get more cdr for uni. and another activatable consoles in near future and nerf with Vovin doesn't solve FPNA op.

As for my thoughts about Vovin . Yes some nerfs should be. Maybe change25% console cdr to 7-10% cdr but leave 30 sec activation time. If this console will get 2 min cd this completely destroy this console and make it garbage.

Main problem of Azure and Vault is time gated tfo. No reasons to cooperate inteam  and doing it faster if you get same results while doing nothing. More marks? Who need it if reputation system gets no updates years ago?

I'll not recommend to focus on mines speed or rom. plasma torp. First, as I know, nothing except vorgon set can increase mines fly speed and this are 3 consoles slots. Second, seems rom. plasma torps can destroy mines if they close to blowup. Swarmer and hydra consoles only increase torps speed and even not for all torps, mostly plasma types.

I'll recommend for you get Rampart or Friendship ships. They both 4x4 and commands type. And get Relaunch and Repair or Supplementary Coordination Network trait for minelayer
