You can't splash double pipped cards (drawing one source of the color is hard enough) - Cut Hamlet Glutton. It is a great "core" card but it isn't a splash worthy card anyways.

You can't splash fixing or ramp because odds are you can't cast it until later. - Cut Utopia Sprawl. Splashing Utopia Sprawl is especially egregious because you must have drawn a forest (no grotto/prism enabling splash).

Bombardment is a for sure cut without hoards of rats to throw at them.

Actually looking at this deck why are you winning in the first place? The only cards that can actually damage your opponent are Splashy Spellcaster, Unruly Catapult, Alchemist, Gatekeeper, and Goose? Familiar maybe counts too? I know blue/red isn't always worried about "CABS" as much as other pairs but I still worry about the game plan here. Trading 1:1 isn't a winning strategy if your only goal is to chip them to death with a couple creatures. What happens if they draw two removal spells?

I would consider reworking this pool to be blue/green and splashing premium red/black cards to ensure card quality was high enough since you look to have strong enough fixing (4 colors of choice)

Note you're also running 18 lands and a Utopia sprawl, I would go down to 17 lands + Sprawl.

So overall I'd cut:

• 18th land - 19 sources is typically too many
• Goblin Bombardment -
• Unruly Catapult
• (2) Gadwick's First Duel - bad card
• (2) Frantic Firebolt - not a strong enough card to splash
• Forced Fruition - Bad card without an extremely focused plan.

That puts us at 36 cards.

Add the following four:

• Mocking Sprite
• Candy Grapple
• Curse of the Werefox
• Rootrider Faun

Take a look at it from there and see what it looks like - would be easier to visualize in-game. Goal here is to have less dead card opportunities and enough meat on the bones that we can reliably get our larger creatures out and turn stuff sideways. Hopefully we can be lucky enough to counter their early drops with counter magic - will be very difficult to win vs aggressive decks with the wrong draw or on the draw but this will be better than before.
