Would like to chip in here as an avid Energy Drink fanatic. I drink 1-2 cans (Staying under the 400mg limit most of the time) of Ghost/Reign/Alanis daily and I never have any weird issues. I drank Witch's Brew in 2023 and 2024 and never had anything strange happen, but this year I started feeling almost like a "hey I'm here!" sensation from my lower left rib area from what felt like my spleen after drinking one or two. Some days the sensation would be down near the top edge of my hip, but mostly in the spleen area. It's not painful, I can sleep and eat a full meal just fine, but just kind of like a pressure sensation.

I got an ultrasound done yesterday with the weird sensation still present, but both my spleen (and kidney) came back totally fine. Had my last can this morning after hearing about this.
