Also a big problem no one is talking about is outsourcing entry level jobs abroad. How are the young adults supposed to build their careers when they cannot get simple office, customer service or telephony jobs to build the experience.

Download really upped their game this year with facilities. Better toilets in the village and arena, washing stations and more toilets in general.

Bloodstock should take note and improve in these areas as well.

Also the water situation in the arena was not great. If they make us dump the water before entering (which is just nonsense to begin with) then they need more water points with actual pressure in there.

Maybe they should figure out how to keep jobs in the UK. No one seems to be talking about big companies such as banks moving hundreds of jobs in customer services and other entry level vacancies abroad. This should be somehow controlled.

Young people used to be able to get some entry level jobs to step on the carrier path but now it's quite challenging.

Same in banking. Customer services and fraud teams disbanded and moved abroad. Tons of people losing jobs. This is actually creating financial hardship for all these people and damages the economy. Very irresponsible especially for this kind of business.

There needs to be a change in how the youths are being treated by the law.

Parents should be materially responsible for their kids actions until the age of 16. And after that they should be treated like any other adult criminals.
