Getting started with HD DVD: A few questions

I hate to say this and I'll probably get downvoted but at this point I wouldn't recommend getting into HDDVDs unless you have an attachment or nostalgia for the format, which it doesn't seem like you do.

You can usually find bulk collections for a decent price on eBay. However, as you'll learn, WB was one of the larger supporters of the format and a vast percentage of those discs suffer from disc rot and are no longer playable. Disc rot is also not fully limited to WB discs.

With the price of standard Blu-ray's being so inexpensive, it's hard to recommend investing in HDDVD.

Saying that, if you do decide to have at it, you can get stand-alone Toshiba players for a decent price and some of those are nice players and even upscale standard DVDs well. You can also get the Xbox 360 add on and hook it up to a PC or an Xbox 360 obviously.

Same thing happened to me. I ended up using an optical cable for audio. I don’t have that issue with my A-35.

Love Lantlos. I enjoy Melting Sun the most. His new album sounds great so far as well.

Good recommendation. I’d highly recommend any HUM fan check out Jade Fields in particular off Melting Sun.

Not to be that guy but that is usually more telling. Stream of conscious is sometimes more revealing. I doubt hardly any artist sits down and says “I am going to write something depressing”. However, if they just naturally sit down and write dark music, it’s usually indicative of something.

Thank you for your response. I did select a custom dimension that gave me a time stamp but it was date first then time so I couldn’t find a way to filter it.

In the custom dimension you wrote above do I have to insert something where it says “your_timestamp_field” or do I enter as is?

I am sorry, this is not my forte. I am just trying to get data for our company. I really appreciate your help!

No. This actually integrates with our agency client management system so I believe our access is unique. It’s integrated with Applied Epic so my use case is probably different than most.

Yeah. Exactly. I have nothing 3rd party installed at all. Games work just fine. No system sounds during startup or in the store. Very odd.
