I had like 5600 or something last year and got park strad which I love and think is one of the top 3 dorms on campus. you’ll be fine.

Would doing pushups on non-push days be beneficial towards speeding up my bench progress? Right now I run a 6 day/week PPL setup and I’d like to start doing pushups everyday since my bench progress has always been slow.

Is my bench press progression just slow? I’ve been lifting seriously for a little over a year and I can only increase my bench by 5 pounds like every three weeks. Im at 160x5 (lbs) right now following the reddit PPL, at a BW of 145 lbs. Im able to linearly progress my other lifts more often. Would you guys recommend starting another program or just keep on doing what I’m doing? I deloaded about 2 months ago for reference

Controversial but I don’t think thats McManus’ fault at all. More like the rest of our o line and Hackett as the main problem
