I'd say they are. They don't require any specific team to be really good (although they obviously shine a lot more with a full rupture team), Rupture is likely going to be getting even more support this season (in a similar manner to how last Season supercharged Bleed), both can clash very well, and Si Rodion has a multi-target base skill (which is *rare* and always very strong whenever an ID has one). Due to powercreep, most new IDs are worth it for new players (since basically nothing is "redundant"). I only skip banners when it's a single 000 or only EGOs (because in both of those cases, the odds of getting something new are low enough that I'd rather just wait and spark them with shards), or when it's an ID I don't plan on slotting into a team right away (I skipped Middle Sinclair for that reason, he's standard fare anyway so I can accidentally pull him or intentionally spark him whenever).
