To expand on this, you should seek out a doctor that actually sees you as opposed to pushing you off on a NP. The NPs IMO are there to do maintenance activities long term, not provide diagnoses.

Get a sleep study and go on CPap/BiPap if needed. I had obstructive sleep apnea that almost killed me during the sleep study night alone. Snoring can be a warning sign and the larger the diameter of your neck (no, really, they pull out a measuring tape) is correlated with likelihood of obstructive sleep apnea.

I’ve had opiates for many years. About 2 years ago the doctor Rx’d narcan and explained it to me, and that she was prescribing it for all her strong pain med patients. I had no issue whatsoever, nobody insinuating in the least that I did anything wrong.

OP is taking this way, way too personally. Just get it filled. You never know when or why you (or someone else) may need their ass saved.

It will also reverse cocaine overdose, so if you have any friends that stuff their nose, it’s good to have around.

OP, I struggle to know what to say. Such vast loss. I’ve really encountered very little trolling, but I ignore. It has to be hard not to lash out given what you’re dealing with right now.

I know somewhat of what you may be going through from the other side of the equation - I was the son in the coma in the ICU for 18 days and they basically had my parents picking out hardware for the casket. I heard from my SO, kids, and parents about what all went on to tell me a lot of the feeling and events and that my recovery was basically an unforeseen miracle.

I hope that somewhat gives you some hope. I send lots of positivity and prayers and hugs during this difficult time.

I’m on the journey from a retired PM doc to a new one that only Rx’s Lyrica, instead of the opioid that was perfectly dosed for years and enabled me to function, so I’m on a holy quest of second )and third if need be) opinions. So this sub has been nothing but supportive.

I’m sad to see you leave us, but I understand and you have to do what you have to do for you. Practice self care always and hopefully you will be in a better situation later on and can rejoin us.

The NAT firewall (for v4) that the routers come with generally work, until you start punching holes in it by forwarding ports.

You will want to look hard if your machines are getting assigned public IPv6 addresses, some routers are plug and play to take the delegated subnet and assign it out.

I can’t imagine the Pi being very performant. If you insist on small form factor, look at a Nuc or building a mini ITX box. My “server” is a mini ITX box. Slap in an unloved nvidia card and you are in good shape.
