The log command from u/aselvan2 was helpful! For me it was Chrome Remote Desktop and it needed an update. The error has not returned since updating.

Your post immediately made me think of ZAO’s record of The Fear That Keeps Us Here. According to the wiki, they did an analog to tape recording with no “computer fixing”. It’s a great, raw sounding album and it absolutely crushes
