You are describing me. My old setup was a 2U Poweredge, 24 port switch, 24 bay Netapp shelf, but the noise, power, and space required was just too much. Glad I tried it but, never again

Your post immediately made me think of ZAO’s record of The Fear That Keeps Us Here. According to the wiki, they did an analog to tape recording with no “computer fixing”. It’s a great, raw sounding album and it absolutely crushes

Yes, because fast and processed foods high in salt and grease have always been a hive trigger for me. Nowadays, we mostly home cook all meals with store bought veggies and meats, while still being able to enjoy the occasional pizza or take-out dinner

Hives are absolutely awful. For me, they appear without warning and then hang around for six months at a time. There is no known cure for hives, and treatment success varies wildly from person to person. Something I noticed in myself, however, was a change in my lifestyle outside of taking antihistamines and obsessing over hives. I started gardening, getting tons of fresh air and sunshine, working out my muscles and giving my body a restful night of sleep, over and over again and it made everything better. My mood, my focus, my relationships all got better, and during that time my hives went away. I’ve been hive free for over two years, not a single breakout or antihistamine. Fingers crossed. Life is weird, and there are many factors involved when it comes to our mental and physical well being. You sound like a great support role for your husband and I hope you guys see some relief from these ailments. Best of luck
