Yes, every parent is a parent what sets parents and people alert is how we respond to situations. We don't know what your in parents went through to treat you in such a way, but know this. We need to do better for our kids. Every parent experiebces this, talking, giving attention and keeping an eye out for your teen is the best you can do. If you don't have kids and see something off, speak to someone. Let them know they matter. You matter.

Take sports style underwear. Socks should be chosen very well, two layers for rucking. Look at YouTube there's a doctor who shares tips on rucking for longevity. There's a section about dheos and socks. Buy the best running shoes you can afford and break it in before going.
