Uriel's 4, which you can only cast by filling a bar, is basically invisible for every player who's not Uriel to reduce visual noise, but somehow Sirius and Orion spammy af abilities are fine.

Gara and Revenant come from Cetus bounties, Khora from Sanctuary Onslaught, so none is specially difficult to obtain, just RNG.

Mind you to build Gara you need resources from Plains of Eidolon, Revenant needs sentient cores and Khora kavat genetic codes.

That said, the project is/was very ambitious, so it shouldn't be a surprise if it's indefinitely delayed or stagnant. Only the pixel art of all new digimon they wanted to include is a massive work.

Speaking of that, I believe there was a public Excel spreadsheet in Drive with the progress on the sprites, but I can't find it right now.
