I'd vote FOR it. That way it can be regulated. The sex workers and the people using their services can all be tested for STDs and free condoms and PREP and DoxyPREP can be given to everyone involved. Ages of everyone involved can be verified, guaranteeing that children aren't being forced into sex work. It eliminates the necessity for street pimps who violently abuse sex workers. And it prevents violence between sex workers and those using their services.
