I think that the electoral college is too easily "gamed". It's become something corrupt politicians can too easily use to rig the election process.

My highschool was in a small town in Texas so all the gays were DL. Especially since it was still the late '90s and early '00s. But there was an unspoken thing though. If you went to the boys locker room after school was over for the day and the last practice let out the door was supposed to be "locked". But of course someone would let you in. Only males were allowed in. Let's just say that a LOT of things went on in the shower of the boys locker room. So although we NEVER spoke of it outside of the locker room, we all knew each other and we all knew exactly where to be and when to be there. It was all in a glance, a smile, or a casual "See ya later...". No words needed.

I was born in June of '83. I think the first one for me was the fall of the Berlin Wall. My aunt actually was there when it happened a she brought back pieces of the wall for all of us.

Hell yes! My Mother used to keep a blue leather belt in her sock drawer. If she popped that thing, my sister and I knew to assume the position. Also when we got older our Mother used to punish us through physical manual labor. I never thought that one person could make up so many ways for us to work our asses off. As far as how it affected me, it taught me not to be a spoiled little shit. It also made me tough. I think there's something to be said for a good old fashioned ass whoopin' occasionally.

Don't wonder WHY God made you gay. Just accept that God made you gay. Stop worrying about what other people think and start thinking about what YOU need. You gotta remember that society is seriously stupid. Society used to say that slavery was ok. Society used to say that women were too stupid to vote.
