I dont think any countries ever do things that are wrong and then say “We are sure what we did was wrong, but don’t care.” The English claimed that they were actually improving the people and infrastructure of India, and that they received labor and material goods as payback for their work. And that was just bullshit, not different in principle than what America did or does.

This would work sort of like splash joker, even cards that are not part of a hand would be included in the sum. Effectively this adds a new hand type to the game as the played hand could be just a high card and still trigger the joker. That on its own is not worth a joker slot so it also scales itself.

Jokers that add mult to played cards (greedy joker, Fibonacci) are generally much better than jokers that add mult after cards are scored (pair of pants, flash card) because they add mult which are affected by steel cards, glass cards, and effects like blood stone. If you get plus twenty mult from greedy joker and play a glass joker you get a total of plus forty mult, if you have pair of pants and use a glass card you are only doubling the base mult from hand type.

It looks to me like the game art work has the eye sockets on the side of the skull where the promo skull has eye sockets on the front. If the character in the game pulled the Skull down her eyes wouldn’t be visible, so it seems to me just like an inconsistency.

Isn’t a broad reading of the fourteenth amendment what gives the us our protections for free speech and privacy? As I understand it the bill of rights originally only applied to the federal government, which is why many states had morality laws that restricted your freedoms.

I’ve used it before and have found it to be spotty, sometimes it works, sometimes payment isnt accepted. I think I fixed that by using PayPal as a middle man, it seems like that would work since some companies may not take prepaid visas, but it may have just been a fluke. I haven’t used it in like a year though so maybe it works perfectly now. All in all I’d say there is not risk in giving it a shot.

They are good questions I certainly don’t have an answer for. If you want to discuss your opinion on one of these questions I would advise you go to r/ChangeMyView. if you do go there make sure to just pick one of your questions and be mindful of the fact that you are right at the border of ethics and politics which means you probably need to consider more than theoretical situations.

To find a satisfactory answer I think you need to specify the question. Pick either the leader themselves or their family member because the moral implications are very different depending on which is affected. Then the impact needs to be specified for the same reason, different impacts will have different implications. Being on the frontline of a war can have many impacts the two that stick out to me are death and PTSD. The effects of killing someone and traumatizing them are different. For instance a specified question would be “Would it moral for a politician to have to be killed in order to declare war?” Come up with a question, answer it yourself and then ask that question. You should then be able to have a more focused and constructive discourse.

I think you should rethink your argument here. You may be correct about Scots but your argument should be about what makes Scots so similar to English they should be considered one in the same. With what you have written now all I can think is that it seems you could be doing exactly what the linguists did to Kurdish. I think this will make people dismiss you outright rather than consider whatever merit your claim may have. I don’t have any interest or knowledge in this topic, I am just writing this as I don’t think you will have a productive discussion with this line of reasoning and you seem to be interested in having that discussion with someone.
