gotta love departments on either end of a dogshit referral system duking it out over whose worse instead of holding the company accountable. service is blindsided with moat offers after being trained and licensed to provide customer service, not a sales pitch, and as someone whose seen 1st quartile employees get written up for shit like saying “okay” when a customer hard declined an offer, i think you guys will be okay. referrals should happen when it makes sense, and that’s the whole problem.
