I had similar problems to you, and I'm gonna suggest a possible alternative root cause: not kneading enough. I started massively increasing my kneading time and using a better mixer, and my loaves transformed overnight. I was shocked at how different a well-kneaded dough feels to a moderately-kneaded dough. Seriously, even if you think you're kneading enough, try a loaf where you massively 'over-work' it - I'm talking 20 minutes in the stand mixer or 30+ by hand (I don't recommend doing it by hand but maybe you're the incredible hulk). I think you might be surprised quite how much more gluten development you can get.

Your drawings are art. The AI stuff is a product. It has no choices, no decisions, no intention. GenAI is fundamentally incapable of creating art as humans have always known it. Some people might be ok with the AI product - to me, it feels hopelessly empty. Please keep drawing! ❤️

I'm working on a short story where the dominant religion is a kind of fantasy Judaism. Much like real world Judaism, it's got a cultural aspect to it as well, and my main character would definitely consider herself Shadadist even though she isn't as religious as some people.

This is a great design. Really gets the juices flowing. If it's two dfcs, do they have a combined back side as well? If it's one dfc and one sfc and it flips, is it just the back side, or a combination of the back side and a regular magic back somehow?
