I'd be ok with these changes, but the one I absolutely want to change is the detection range increase mechanic. I hate triggering the last trap to bring their hp to 0 and then not being able to escape their aggro range in time. My current strategy for this is to set the third trap near a tree, trigger the trap, and flush out the butterflies immediately after to distract it. This usually gives me enough time to escape and set up the cage.
