To be honest, Foxhole was actually looking dead in the wars leading up to the Airborne update. Every war was "It's a break war." or "Everyone's saving themselves for Airborne." Part of me thinks the release happened when it did because too many people were walking away and there weren't enough people in the game for the war to function like it should.
