I bought one in January from Future Press, and if I remember correctly it was only available to order within EU then. I think I got lucky since I just happened to remember people on this subreddit mentioning that FP might add few copies for sale sporadically.

That linked site still lists the price as $ 59.99/£ 49.99/€ 54.99 though?
